ERP integrations, without switching ERPs
SANFELIU connects the ERP you already have—SAP Business One, Sage, Odoo, Dynamics, A3 or an in-house one—to your shop, warehouse, carrier and inbox, so orders, delivery notes and inventory flow in on their own, without switching ERPs. AI comes in where it saves hours: reading PDF orders or answering questions about the data.

What we do
Ask it in plain English
“Which orders from last week don’t have a delivery note?” The answer comes from the ERP, not from a report someone has to prepare.
Automatic data entry
Orders that arrive by email or as PDFs, read, validated and entered into the ERP without anyone copying them.
Forecasts and alerts
Inventory running low, payments running late, deadlines that won’t be met. A warning before, not an explanation after.
Connecting what’s around it
Warehouse, online store, carrier, bank. They talk to the ERP on their own, instead of someone copying data from one place to another.
What it looks like in practice
- A distributor that receives orders by email stops typing them in: the AI reads them, checks them against the catalog and leaves them in the ERP ready to approve.
- Management asks “which customers are down more than 20% from last year” and gets the list right away, with the figures from the ERP.
- The warehouse and the ERP stop having two different inventory counts, because a connector keeps them in sync.
What you need
- An ERP with some way to access the data: an API, a database or exports.
- Someone at the company who knows it well and can say what’s true and what isn’t.
- One concrete process to start with. One, not ten.
A case
Warehouse management software company
- What was there
- Every new client arrived with their own ERP and their data in their own format, and connecting each one was engineering work, one at a time.
- What we did
- An integration engine that brings data from any ERP into the warehouse system along the same path, and new-client setup prepared by AI.

Can artificial intelligence be integrated into the ERP we already have?
Yes. SANFELIU, a custom software consultancy in Barcelona, connects AI to the ERP a company already uses—SAP Business One, Sage, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, A3, or an in-house ERP—without replacing it or migrating data. The AI reads from and writes to the ERP through its API or its database, with the same permissions as a user, and is applied to a specific job: entering orders that arrive by email, answering questions about sales or inventory, alerting on incoming payments or deadlines, and keeping the warehouse, the online store, or the carrier in sync.
- Common ERPs: SAP Business One, Sage 50 and 200, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, A3 ERP, Holded, and custom ERPs.
- Requirement: some way to access the data (API, database, or periodic exports).
- First step: a free call. For one specific tool, a prototype with your data comes next, before any price; if it involves the whole business or more than one system, the audit. Reference prices are on the pricing page.
- The AI inherits the ERP’s permissions: it can’t see or touch anything the user can’t see or touch.
- Case: for a logistics software company, an engine that connects its customers’ ERPs to its warehouse management system.
Questions we get asked
How much does it cost to integrate AI into an ERP?
It depends on what it has to do, not on the hours. After the call, you see a prototype with your data and get a proposal with a fixed price per feature, which doesn’t change once accepted; for the whole business, the audit ends in a phased roadmap with a fixed price per phase. Reference prices are public on the pricing page.
Does it work with our ERP?
Yes, if the ERP has an API, allows access to its database, or can export data on a regular basis. We have worked with SAP Business One, Sage, Odoo, Dynamics, A3, and custom-built ERPs. If you’re not sure, that is exactly what the fit session is for.
Do we need to switch ERPs or migrate data?
No. The AI connects to the ERP you already have and works with the data where it is. Nothing is migrated, and what already works stays untouched.
How long does it take?
A first feature—for example, entering the orders that arrive by email—is usually in production within a few weeks. The proposal gives the timeline for each item before we start.
Does the ERP data leave the company?
Only what each task needs, sent to AI providers under enterprise agreements that don’t train on your data (Amazon Bedrock, Claude). The proposal documents this, and your company’s legal notice can be adjusted to match.
