What we build keeps going: the servers, the backups, each month’s small change and whatever comes up from using it. That’s why handover is followed by a monthly plan with no minimum term: shaped around each solution for software, and three fixed plans for websites and tools.

Here the plan isn’t off the shelf: we shape it around the solution, with whatever it needs to keep working and improving. The price is in the proposal, fixed per month and with no minimum term.

If what’s needed is the whole business, the audit’s roadmap sets the phases, with a fixed price for each, and we build them at the pace you decide.
On your own
The code, the domain and the accounts are yours from day one. If your own team takes it over, we train them: what to build, how and with which tools.

- Prices exclude VAT.
- No minimum term: you pay month to month.
- Annual option: twelve months for the price of ten.
- Changes you don’t use in a month can be done the following month, but they don’t carry over any further.
- A small change is, for example, changing a field on a form; a medium one, a new report.
- Outside a plan, each change is quoted at a fixed price.
- Prices are updated once a year in line with the CPI.
- Bugs in what we have built are always fixed, with or without a plan, under the warranty in the General Terms and Conditions.
Questions about continuity
Do the plans have a minimum term?
No. You pay month to month and can stop whenever you like. There’s also an annual option: twelve months for the price of ten.
What if we need something that isn’t in the plan?
Outside a plan, each change is quoted at a fixed price. Bugs in what we built are always fixed, with or without a plan, under the warranty in the General Terms.
What about custom software?
There’s a plan too, just not an off-the-shelf one: we shape it around the solution (hosting on AWS, monitoring, backups, security and each month’s changes) and the price is in the proposal, fixed per month and with no minimum term. If the project is the whole business, the audit’s phased roadmap sets the order.
Do prices include VAT?
No. And they’re updated once a year in line with the CPI.
